Logan's Test Results (Phase 1) / Aedan's First Sleepover

Quick update for everyone... Got a call from the pediatrician today that Logan's stool sample was positive for trace amounts of blood. The most probable cause of this is an allergy and the most probable allergies are dairy and soy. The allergy panel will be back sometime next week with answers as far as that is concerned. In the mean time, I am avoiding dairy, soy, corn, and eggs, but am successfully eating pretty much everything else. It certainly beats turkey, rice, and potatoes, but the Olive Garden ads for all the cheesy yummy pasta right now are killing me!!!

On a more positive note, last week Aedan got to have his first sleepover (at home, lol - not quite ready for him to go elsewhere!) with a friend. Hayden stayed over and they had so much fun coloring, playing with babies, "cooking," jumping at Bouncin Bears and more!

Just as a retrospective... Here are our cutie-pies "Annie" and "HayHay" through the years. Can't wait for October when Logan's little bestie arrives!

 My end conclusions?
1. At home, it is sooo much easier to have kids close in age that can entertain each other BUT
2. Going out gets exponentially more time consuming with each kiddo you add!
3. Aedan may be ready for sleepovers but I'm not! Not enough sleep for this mommy!!!

I'm glad we did it though - both kids had a great time and Aedan is already begging for another night with "HayHay"!
